Webdead end harpys 13 are a street gang planted in the heart of south los santos, acting as an urban operation for the mexican mafia (also known as la eme). Webwe aim to provide the community with a realistic portrayal of a sureño set, which goes under the name varrio dead end harpys 13. The faction is heavily based on the real harpys 13 gang which operates in the area of west adams district of south los angeles, california.
